Our consulting firm was born from a long-standing partnership forged through years of working side by side at leading technology companies. Kia Jahangiri and Ken Joostens developed a strong professional bond by collaborating on complex data center, network, and IT infrastructure projects—gaining deep insights and hands-on experience together.

The founders
Kia Jahangiri and Ken Joostens bring together over five decades of combined experience across data centers, network engineering, and IT infrastructure. Beyond their technical expertise and leadership, they leverage an extensive network of industry relationships—spanning vendors, partners, and global clients—that they can bring to bear on every project. This unique blend of deep knowledge and strong connections allows them to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions and strategic guidance that drive business growth and innovation.
Kiarash Jahangiri (Kia)
With nearly three decades of experience in the IT industry, Kia has led corporate technology strategies across a broad range of sectors, including data center operations and management, managed services, network architecture, and software development. As a senior executive, he has successfully overseen the design and execution of complex infrastructure projects, driving innovation and operational efficiency.
Kia brings extensive hands-on experience in building and operating data centers, including the planning and execution of large-scale data center migrations. His career includes early technical work during the transition from analog dial-up lines to digital circuits, as well as contributions to color calibration systems for photo printers and leading R&D teams for video conferencing solutions.
Most recently, Kia has served as CEO and CTO of leading data center companies, where he played a critical role in shaping technical strategy and supporting growth. Today, he leverages his deep expertise and extensive professional network to offer high-impact consulting services in IT infrastructure, cloud strategy, and network operations.
Ken Joostens
Ken Joostens brings over 20 years of experience in network engineering, systems architecture, and software development. His career spans a wide range of technical roles, supporting infrastructure projects from the ground up and contributing to the development of stable, scalable network environments.
Ken has worked extensively across data center operations, custom software projects, and network implementation, applying a practical, hands-on approach to building and maintaining critical IT systems. His broad technical foundation enables him to support diverse environments and adapt to the needs of each project.
Now focusing on consulting, Ken draws on his long-standing industry experience to help clients improve their IT infrastructure and address evolving technology needs through thoughtful planning and reliable execution.
